This policy explains what personal data AI Ki ABCD (operated by Kuldeep Gehlot, India) collects through aikiabcd.com and learn.aikiabcd.com, and how we use it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it at checkout.
- Purchase details: which course you bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
- Learning activity: lessons you complete and your course progress, so you can continue where you left off.
- Technical data: login cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept by our host for security.
2. How we use it
- To create your account, give you access to the courses you bought, and send your login details.
- To send emails about your purchase, account and course updates.
- To answer your questions and process refunds.
- To keep the site secure and stop account sharing or misuse.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
- Payment providers (such as Superprofile and Dodo Payments) to process your payment.
- Hostinger, which hosts our website and sends our emails.
- YouTube (Google), because course videos play through an embedded YouTube player, which may set its own cookies.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax and accounting laws. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data except records we must keep by law.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing emails, by writing to learn@aikiabcd.com. We reply within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and keep you logged in. The embedded YouTube player may set cookies controlled by Google.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
