These terms apply to everyone who buys or uses a course from AI Ki ABCD (“we”, “us”), operated by Kuldeep Gehlot in India, through aikiabcd.com and learn.aikiabcd.com. By buying a course or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
Our courses are self-paced, pre-recorded video courses delivered online on learn.aikiabcd.com. Each course is a one-time purchase. The course page lists what it includes. We may improve, reorder or update lessons over time.
2. Your account and access
- After a successful payment we create a student account with the email you paid with and send your login details to that email.
- Access is for you only. You must not share your login, or let anyone else use your account.
- “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the course is offered on our platform. If we ever stop offering a course, we will give you reasonable notice.
- Keep your password safe and change it after your first login. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Superprofile and Dodo Payments. When you pay through Dodo Payments, Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record and its own terms also apply to the payment.
- We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
4. How you may use the content
All videos, slides, templates and other materials are owned by AI Ki ABCD or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch them for your own learning. You may not download, record, copy, resell, re-upload or share the course content or links with others. We may suspend or close accounts that break this rule, without a refund.
5. No guaranteed results
We teach practical skills, but results such as followers, income, sales or clients depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Third-party tools mentioned in the courses (for example AI tools, Meta, Instagram, Canva) are owned by their providers and may change their features or prices.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases already made, except where the law requires.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
